IHP Revolving Fund was established by GHL and IHP on 14 November 2017

GHLiaisons loaned IHP 1,400,000 UGX for the IHP loan program in 2017. Small loans were made at a rate of 8%. The Interest earned is divided 6% to IHP and 2% to GHLiaisons, which are used to support staff.

The purpose of the revolving fund was to provide community members with easier access to capital for small projects such as home or business improvements or development.

Global Health Liaisons provided IHP with start-up funds to begin the loan program. Global Health Liaisons brought IHP together with the "a Richer Me, Inc"
